Live To Run Again

Live To Run Again Launches new website

Nine years ago this week, on April 1, 2001, Jane Callaghy died when the driver of her vehicle fell asleep at the wheel. After her death, a public education campaign called Live to Run Again (LTRA) was founded to raise awareness about the consequences and prevention of drowsy driving. LTRA has been active in the dog agility community and beyond. The LTRA Board of Directors is very pleased to announce the launch of the redesigned and expanded LTRA web site. This attractive and informative new web site will play a key role in our public education. Please take a look!

Expanded features include:

  • Eye-opening drowsy-driving statistics
  • Purpose and origin of the LTRA public education campaign
  • Details about the life of the Jane Callaghy, with photos
  • The crash scene photo that speaks for itself
  • Life-saving tips: the life you save may be your own
  • Practical suggestions for planning car trips
  • Caffeine counter for food and drink products
  • Many ways that individuals and clubs can get involved and help this cause
  • Information and schedule about ABLE (a free-lending library of Audio books)
  • How to donate, order materials, and/or contact LTRA
  • Thanks to our sponsors
  • Links to other useful web sites and information

Our goal:
Our #1 goal is to help you find ways to keep yourself, your family and friends, and your pets safe on the road. Win, place, or show . . . none of it will be possible if you don’t ARRIVE ALIVE!
