| We're usually at agility or obedience trials on the weekends, so orders are generally processed Monday through Fridays excluding holidays.
Most items ship via USPS and will do our best to charge you only actual shipping costs. For the lowest prices, choose Priority mail.
Shipping is usually within 48 hours of orders placed on business days.
We do not offer expedited or overnight delivery.
Do you live in Montana or neighbouring states? To save on shipping costs, you may also order items to be delivered to the next agility trial we will be attending. Please check the Where We'll be in 2009 for a schedule of upcoming trials. |
| How to Track your Order |
| Customers who provide us with an e-mail address will receive an order confirmation and a shipping notification once the order is shipped. This notification will include a package tracking number (PIN number).

| Canadian and international customers |
| We have no control over your countries duties or customs fees. Please check with your country for this information. |
| Damages |
| If your package has been damaged in shipping please do not throw any packing materials or anything in the box away! We will file a UPS claim. UPS will send out an inspector to access the damage. We must be notified immediately upon arrival of your package that there is a damage problem. |
| Free Shipping |
| Occasionally we may offer "Free Shipping" on some items. Please note that "Free" shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous U.S. States and 10 Canadian provinces and only covers ground service. Freight surcharges will apply to any shipments outside the areas noted.
A surcharge may also be applicable on Extra Large crates, exercise pens, beds, etc. depending upon the delivery address.
All freight charges for products returned will be at the customer’s expense (please see our return policy for further information). |

| K9FUNdamentals offers a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee on all products that are returned undamaged. All items returned must be in new condition. We cannot issue a credit for items that have been used and/or damaged (unless due to a manufacturing defect).
However, your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority. K9FUNdamentals strives to only offer high quality toys and equipment. Most of the toys are designed to be interactive and not left with the dog without supervision. If that occurs, they will be chewed up, and we cannot offer a refund. But if you feel the toy was not adequately made, fell apart too quickly, or was otherwise defective, and you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email immediately. Each return of this type is dealt with on a case by case basis. Upon approval, you may return it within 30 days of your original purchase date and we will refund your original purchase price or exchange the item for a new one.
Shipping costs are not refunded on returns. We do not refund outgoing shipping or pay for return shipping. We recommend you insure your package.
